What we collect

Account data (email, workspace name, password hash), the Instagram content and conversations of pages you connect (fetched through the official Instagram Graph API), leads and tags you create, and usage metadata needed to run the service.

What we use it for

Running your workspace: drafting content, replying after your approval, storing conversations and leads, showing analytics, and billing. We do not sell your data or use your content to advertise to others.

Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe (we never see your card number). Hosting and content delivery use our infrastructure providers. AI drafting uses model API providers, which receive only the content needed to draft for you.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. On request, or after account deletion, workspace data is deleted within 30 days except where law requires longer retention of billing records.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via support@igaimng.com.

Cookies

The app uses a single session cookie for login. The marketing site uses cookie-free analytics.
