Terms of Service

1. The service

Instagram Manager ("the service"), operated by the operator of igaimng.com, drafts Instagram content, replies to comments and direct messages after your approval, and stores resulting conversations and leads for your workspace. The service is provided as-is, on a subscription basis.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity in your workspace. You must be authorized to manage every Instagram account you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam, harassment, or content that violates Instagram’s Terms of Use or applicable law. Automation runs through the official Instagram Graph API with conservative rate limits; you accept that Instagram’s own policies govern your account and that enforcement actions by Instagram are outside our control.

4. Content and approval

AI-drafted content is a suggestion. Nothing publishes or sends without an approval step you control. You own the content you approve and publish; you are responsible for its legality and accuracy.

5. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Trials convert to paid plans as described at checkout. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. The refund policy at /refund is part of these terms.

6. Data

Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time.

7. Availability and liability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
