Refund Policy

Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Instagram Manager isn’t right for you, email support@igaimng.com within 14 days of your first charge and we refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewal charges (after the first billing period) are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the workspace saw no activity in the new period. Yearly plans canceled mid-term after the guarantee window are refunded pro-rata for whole unused months, minus the yearly discount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
